I used Mirana, for this video. As she is one hero who uses Manta Style more than often. This bug can be recreated with any hero. And with any item or skill that temporarily removes you from the game. Manta Style removes you from the game for a millisecond before recreating your two images. Harbinger's Astral Imprisonment is an example.
