Let's Play Demon's Souls Part 20

The end of 4-1. Not much to say, except that the Adjudicator is so easy it's just plain silly. Makes one wonder why the Adjudicator was the developers' favorite boss, considering how simple it is. Although the presence of the Adjudicator (and, in fact, pretty much every boss of World 4, as well as some of World 2) brings up some interesting questions. The Adjudicator isn't just some random demon. It was an actual being worshiped among the Shadow Men of the Shrine of Storms. Is the demon simply taking the form of one of a supposed deity out of some twisted amusement, or is it some actual creature, divine or not, that existed and was corrupted by the Deep Fog? Are you really killing a soul devouring demon, like the message suggests, or are you slaying a powerful entity that has existed before the current crisis? Perhaps it was something that once existed, long ago, and the Deep Fog has revived it and other ancient beasts. After all, a demon isn't necessarily a monster, is it? The player by this point is technically a demon as well, feeding upon the souls of men and beasts to not only survive but grow stronger.

Demon's Souls gameplay Magician class

Just me running around farming and ranting with my Magician in the online storymode for Demon's Souls. The Mage class is pretty fragile early on and not sturdy enough to run through 4-1 right away. Had to farm a bunch of healing herbs from 1-1 // 1-2, and enough souls to raise my Strength to 18 -- SO BRUTAL. But that was yesterday, and today is another day =) *-----------------------------------------------------------* Isuppose there is an audience that prefers to play RPG's on Console, as opposed to or in addition to PC MMO's. If you fit either catagory, or don't have a PC that can run the current MMO's, or don't even have access to a PC, then this should already be on your shelf. *-------------------------------------------------* This is not a bullshit game. Demon's Souls is a hardcore RPG that will kick your ass. Play single player offline, or play single player online where you can view notes left by other online players, you can also co-op 4 players, or invade other players alternate worlds where you walk in shadow form and the demons of that players world are your allies. The potential for PvP mischief online is endless. The artwork is stunning, the mechanics are spot-on, the bosses are well thought out for the strategists out there, and the weapons are incredible so far and I've only been playing 36 hours now. If you think you're hardcore, Demon's Souls may just challenge this opinion you hold of yourself, a great test of skill, a game I'm glad I bought. Thank ...

So ye, I have been playing Demon's Souls storymode online and seeing all these pointy nosed fkrs offing themselves in ridiculous ways after touching bloodstains on the ground. So being the competitive fkr I am, I had had enough, and was determined to make a character with the largest schnozolla EVARrr!! *-----------------------------------------------------------* Isuppose there is an audience that prefers to play RPG's on Console, as opposed to or in addition to PC MMO's. Game sounds and my narrative are slightly quieter in this video, due to it being kinda late, and I had to do this more quietly than normal. Slight change in plan.. we go back to beat that skeleton guy... I'm not sure if the shadow spell really helped or not.. maybe it's used for something else? Or maybe it was the reason that he kept acting like he was going to attack, and then stopped.. Anyway, as promised, I practiced and looked around a little before doing this video, and remembered the potion bottle in the first level. I promise I'll try to do something about the annoying buzz in the audio of my videos....
