Icarus the Phoenix was supposed to be in 6.68, but Icefrog decided he needed more balance, and is going to put him in 6.69, However,in the 6.68betas, Icarus WAS THERE, and we beta testers managed to play with him during hte beta phase. This video is just a sample of his gameplay.
