Before all frogs are dead techies might place enough remotes at phoenix's spawn (not less than 36 lvl 3 remotes scepeter-upgraded). After that the last frog gotta be killed, the phoenix hexed and while he's hexed all remotes must be detonated. Yes, it's hard to do. But so far I think it's the simpliest method.
